About Us
djf88 was formed in 2009 by Damien Furlong BSc(Multimedia and Website Development Graduate of the University of Bolton) to meet the demand for simple, affordable and attractive websites for growing businesses and societies looking to reach a greater audience.
Damien recognised that reaching new customers is essential for the development of any business, however, choosing a website designer you can trust is not an easy task. In addition there are a wide range of prices, and many techniques used to lock you in to paid updates and over-priced hosting aimed at keeping you, the customer, tied to your initial website designer for years after your website has been completed.
djf88 works with you and your specific needs to choose and setup a hosting account for you, this means:
hosting is paid directly to the suppplier - Therefore you don't experience any middle-man charges as you will with many of our competitors;
being in charge of your own hosting account - If you require your website modified in the future you aren't tied to djf88 for these changes (although we hope you will think of us).
